The monumental mountains surrounding the ancient city named by the Celt-Iberians Mundobriga, are composed of iron rich red and black slate, and are home to our vineyards. At over 3,000 ft. elevation, these timeless sites are Garnacha's birthplace. The vineyards are dry farmed and cared for with the most traditional methods of viticulture. These traditions, combined with the arid climate, produce a wine of considerable depth and finesse. The wine combines deep aromas of raspberries and cherries with a distinct minerality on the finish.
