Grown on our estate. Los Cardos means the thistles, flowers known by their intense and surprisingly vivid color as well as by their sharp thorns. In the Mendoza province, its presence is an unmistakable symbol of good terroir. Our wines are beautiful like the thistle, but in contrast to the prickly flower this wine is incredibly approachable. In an always challenging climate and surrounded by a breathtaking landscape, our vineyards at more than 3,300 feet above sea level enjoy the constant breeze from the Andes mountains. Our Los Cardos Malbec presents a typical violet-red color. Its aromas of fresh red and black fruits, berries, spices and cigar box announce a smooth and round wine in mouth.
